 This creamy tomato soup is simple, delicious and pairs perfectly with grilled cheese. The full recipie can be found below.   ingredients: - medium white onion -6 tablespoons of unsalted butter -858 ml of diced tomatoes -1.36 L of tomato juice -4 tablespoons of sugar -3 chicken buillion cubes -salt and pepper to taste -1.5 cups of heavy cream or whipping cream -1/4 cup chopped basil -1/4 cup chopped parsley -1 cup red wine Directions: step 1:  Melt butter in a large pot. step 2:  Finely dice onion and add to the pot with the melted butter and cook until translucent. step3:  Add tomato juice and diced tomatoes to the pot and stir to combine. step4:  Add in your sugar. The sugar is to combat the acidity, it is important to note that some tomatoes are more acidic meaning you may need more or less sugar.
